Unlike other simple switched capacitor voltage boosters, this circuit creates a voltage near to double the source voltage while sharing a common ground. This provides more opportunies for the circuit as the load is not floating in reference to the source. This is helpful for embedded designs where a sensor needs a higher supply than what's available (ie battery).
Your oscillator must be able to supply whatever the load needs. In this diagram R1 is the load. The diodes need to be rated for whatever current and voltage you require. 5volts is the example source here but it can be anything. Same with the capacitors; increase and decrease as required. Again same with the oscillation frequency. Increase and decrease as required.
