Part 1 - Trapping Intro
(show a bunch of short clips showing a variety of different types of trapping. Things like chest balls, foot traps, thigh traps, maybe even a head trap. For chest and head traps maybe show one where they go from the head/chest to the ground and then one where they go to the thigh and then the ground)
Coach: "We just finished a big section on different types of kicking. The thing about kicking is that the ball more times than not goes high into the air. Well what are you supposed to do if the ball comes flying through the air towards you? Are you going to head the ball away? Or maybe you'll jump out of the way and cower in fear. Perhaps we should find another option just in case jumping out of the way isn't the best choice. Sometimes heading the ball is the right move, but more times than not we're going to want to get the ball down on the ground so that we can do something with it. In order to do that, we're going to have to learn how to trap the ball. There are a number of different ways to do this depending on the situations, so let's go see what they are."
