QikNode is a web server that runs on pretty much anything. Like Node.js QikNode is a Javascript powered web server. Unlike Node.js, QikNode is designed to run on a phone, or even inside a regular web browser. It's easy to use, easy to setup, and any old device sitting around can run it for you.

Simple, Easy, and Lots of Potential

QikNode is designed to not just be a web server, but an entire ecosystem that makes it easier to run web services from anywhere. Services can be selected, installed, and auto-updated from our repo, or anyone else's (including your own!). This website uses the QikCMS and Static file services, and there are others like Bluetooth and Serial, which take advantage of phone hardware. With QikNode, IoT gets a lot simpler.

You have to wait

Although we have high hopes for QikNode, it's not ready for all to see yet. Using it to power our website is a first step to iron out the wrinkles. Once that first step has passed, we'll move onto invite-only Alpha and Beta stages. If you want to take part, contact us to learn more.
